Hi, I'm Sarah — the maker, dreamer, and sewing and 3D-printing enthusiast behind Slaven Studios. Nestled in the hills of West Virginia, I handcraft every single item right here in my studio, made to order just for you.
Where it all started
I picked up sewing in 2022 and completely fell head over heels for making bags. To me, a bag should be fun and full of personality — not plain, boring, or eye-wateringly expensive. Life's too short for a bag that doesn't spark joy! 🎉
I've since sewn just about everything you can imagine: clothes, home projects, you name it. But bags? Bags have my whole heart.
A family affair 💕
Slaven Studios is truly a family operation. My husband and our little toddler are right there with me every step of the way — from picking out the most fun fabrics to actually learning to sew alongside me. It's messy, it's joyful, and every piece carries a little bit of all of us in it.

Because you deserve something made for you, not pulled off a shelf. When you place an order, I get to work creating your piece from scratch. That means fresher quality, more personalization options, and the knowledge that your item was made with care — not mass-produced in a warehouse somewhere.
